How Much do you pay for empties?

The value of the empties depends on the demand for the cartridges.  We only by virgin or OEM cores unless noted.  Prices for the empties also changes without notice.

How quickly do I get my money?

Our collection period is from the 25th to the 25th.  The check is cut the following month.  Example, cartridges collected from May 25th to June 25th will have a check issued July 1st.

What limitations are there?

• Your are limited to a $100 limit per month without written permission. 
  
• Cartridges must be functioning electrically and show no physical damage.  Those that are damaged and fail our electrical testing, we will not accept. 
  
• If you send in cartridges not on our list you run the risk of a reduction of payment or no payment at all.
  
• If you do not include the mail-in form with the cartridges, you WILL NOT receive payment.
  

What do you do with the empties and where do you send them?

The cartridges we collect stay right here in Michigan.  We use them at our stores and website.  We test, clean, fill, test and package the cartridges.  If we can not refill them ourselves, we deal with vendors who are able to recycle the cartridges for us.  We do our best to keep the cartridges out of the landfills and do not send cartridges overseas.
