O-ink Refill Program (RIO - Refill In O-ink)

You send us your empty cartridge.
We test it.
We clean it.
We fill it.
If it passes our quality testing, after we get payment we ship it to you.

Here is the form you need to fill out.

Things for you to Remember
Please note that there is a chance your cartridge will not fill.  We will make every effort to fill your cartridge, however, we will only send you back the cartridge if we are satisfied with the results.

Guarantee - 6 months from date on cartridge.  If you believe there is a problem with your cartridge, you must mail it back to O-ink with an example of what it is or is not doing.  If we find the cartridge in fault, we will issue you a credit for your purchase (not shipping) that you may use on a replacement cartridge.  Please keep in mind if there is a price difference, you must pay the difference.

Shipping - USPS, no exceptions.

Time Frame - Typically once we get your cartridge, it takes one business day to process it.
