Orders placed by 3pm on a business day will typically ship out the same business day. Orders placed on weekends will be filled the following business day.

Products will be shipped out cheapest method unless UPS service is requested.

Returns

Returns and Warranties are covered as below

Warranty - All products other than Generic/Refilled cartridges are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty and O-ink International, Inc does not express a warranty on any product other than Generic/Refilled Cartridges.

Generic/Refilled cartridges carry a one year satisfaction guarantee, which is voided if - 1. Cartridge is physically damaged 2. Cartridge is more than 75% empty. Toner cartridges only - Must be returned original box. If you feel the cartridge is not to your satisfaction contact us.   Keep in mind shipping chargers are not refundable and are the customers responsibility.  All defective cartridges, either refund requested or replacement exchange, must be sent back to O-ink and shipping charges are the customers responsibility.  Upon receiving, we will notify you via email that we have received it and what we have found out.  We will issue a replacement if the guarantee is not voided.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
